Dates: Find a weekend where there is no large scale AA activity in your city within a 30 day period before and a 30 day period after your propsed dates. See Bidding Requirement #4.
Site: You should have offers from at least two appropriate facilities so sized as to be able accommodate the Conference. See Bidding Requirement #2.
Speakers: The content of the Conference program is largely up to the Host Committee. See Host Committee Responsibilities. |

A BIG Thanks to the Statetsboro Host Committee for a great conference. Thanks to all the speakers, panelist, and all those who attended. This was one of the best attended conferences ever. CONGRATULATIONS to Savannah, GA, who are set to host GCYPAA 2009.
